FLASH AD DESIGNERS (Freelance)

iQU is looking for freelance flash ad designers to design converting flash advertisements.

Our humble requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience of using Flash for banner adverts
  • Excellent knowledge of jPhotoshop and Flash
  • The ability to create great stuff with minimal assets
  • Adept in understanding client instructions
  • Good at solving communication problems, conceptualization, exploring and experimentation
  • Rich media savvy
  • ActionScript knowledge

BACK-END DEVELOPER - Haarlem, Netherlands

Basic Outline of role

 

  • Support all divisions including Mobile & Desktop
  • Execute integrations with game developers and partners
  • Translate technical subjects (net & gaming related) to non-techie people
  • Experienced and comfortable with customer/partner communication
  • The role is more hands on than people management
  • Desired: Wordpress & module development experience

Required - Technical Skill Set

 

  • Experienced in app and web related development for mobile and desktop
  • Adept at LAMP, net and mobile technologies, networks and trends

FRONT-END DEVELOPER - Haarlem, Netherlands

Basic Outline of role

 

  • Develop and enhance HTML related products
  • Concept, proof and develop innovative UI designs
  • Experienced and comfortable with customer/partner interfacing and working with big teams
  • The role is demanding and ideal candidates must be able to take on lead responsibilities when required

Required - Technical Skill Set

  • Experienced in desktop and mobile website development
  • Adept knowledge of all HTTP related standards, plugins and technologies

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – U.S.
Overall Objective

iQU is looking for a business development manager to drive growth through existing partnerships with iQU’s advertising partners. The right candidate will be responsible for developing active sales funnels for new game developers who want to increase exposure of their gaming portfolio on the web and mobile platforms.

Key duties

  • Research potential prospects, initiate meetings and follow through to close deals with U.S.- and Asia-based advertisers
  • Ensure personal sales forecasts and long term goals are achieved
  • Plan account activities to maximize revenue-generating opportunities and ensure that iQU’s publishers are getting the games they need
  • Formulate and sustain product and promotional business plans for key advertisers
  • Maintain high levels of awareness of market and competitor activity, and customer trends
  • Implement revenue-generating initiatives with advertisers and manage their requirements
  • Contract negotiation and management
  • Reports to CRO – Chief Revenue Officer (U.S.)
  • Based out of iQU’s U.S. office in Los Angeles

COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR – U.S.
Overall Objective

iQU is looking for a commercial director in the U.S. who will be responsible for driving business growth through existing partnerships with iQU’s publishing partners. The right candidate will be responsible for developing active sales funnels for new publishers and driving companies to increase iQU presence across the web. He or she will also be responsible for expanding business as well as identifying new business opportunities for iQU in new growth verticals.

Key duties

  • Develop sales strategies in-line with the company’s overall business plan
  • Research potential prospects, initiate meetings and follow through to deal closure, especially within the U.S.
  • Ensure sales forecasts and long term goals are achieved
  • Plan account activities to maximize revenue generating opportunities
  • Drive product and marketing teams to deliver opportunities to promote through sales partners
  • Formulate product and promotional business plans for key partnerships
  • Maintain high levels of awareness of market and competitor activity, and customer trends
  • Implement revenue-generating initiatives within partners’ and managing partners’ requirements
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships through regular close contact account management
  • Contract negotiation and management
  • Understand and manage full financial sales breakdown and identify areas for maximizing margin
